- Assist customers with hotel, flight, and travel bookings
- Provide accurate and complete information using the right tools
- Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduate / Graduate (Any Stream)
- Minimum 6 months of BPO International Process experience (mandatory)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
