Experience
- 4-10 years of relevant experience in Soya Seed, Soya Flour, and Soya Chunks manufacturing is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in operating production machinery and equipment.
- Sound knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Ability to monitor machine performance, troubleshoot basic operational issues, and maintain production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machines to ensure smooth manufacturing.
- Maintain product quality as per company standards.
- Perform routine machine checks and report any technical issues.
- Follow SOPs, GMP, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper documentation in the production area.
Compensation
- In-Hand Salary: ₹16,000-₹18,000 per month
- CTC: Up to ₹3.0 LPA
