The Global New Accounts & Underwritingorganization supports the end-to-end underwriting lifecycle for American Express Corporate customers through specialized operational and underwriting support functions.
The Corporate Maintenance Teamplays a critical role in supporting the corporate underwriting process by preparing, maintaining, and validating financial documentation and case information to support efficient underwriting workflows. Corporate Specialists provide operational support that enables efficient case processing while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and customer experience.

As a globally aligned team, the Corporate Maintenance Team supports multiple markets across the American Express international footprint. Corporate Specialists are expected to develop cross-functional knowledge and the flexibility to support a variety of processes and regional business needs, helping ensure consistent service delivery across global markets while partnering effectively with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
This role is responsible for case preparation,



document management, financial information validation, and workflow support for Corporate customer accounts. Corporate Specialists help ensure cases are complete, accurate, and processed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and service level agreements, contributing to a seamless experience for customers and business partners.

To support the team's global responsibilities, this position requires flexibility to work a mid-shift schedule that aligns with business needs across multiple regions and time zones.

Minimum Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services, underwriting support, commercial operations, or a related operational setting.
- Working knowledge of commercial underwriting processes, policies, and procedures within American Express or a comparable financial institution.
