About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Payment Ops Specialist to support global payment operations across multiple banking partners, currencies, and payment rails.

The role requires a highly analytical individual who can interpret operational data, identify trends, challenge existing processes, and work collaboratively with Treasury, Finance, Compliance, Product, and Technology teams.





What You'll Do
- Authorise and process domestic and international payments across SWIFT, ACH, SEPA, FPS, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS and Direct Debit rails.
- Monitor payment queues, bank cut-offs, funding positions and payment exceptions.
- Investigate rejected payments, recalls, returns and settlement issues.
- Support liquidity monitoring across multiple currencies and banking partners.
- Produce operational MI, dashboards and performance reporting.
- Analyse payment data to identify trends, operational risks and automation opportunities. Leverage AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Participate in testing, implementation and rollout of new payment products, banking integrations and operational workflows.
- Work closely with Compliance,Treasury, Finance and Technology teams to ensure robust operational controls.
