Experience:
5-7 years of experience in Human Resources with proven leadership in managing HR operations, recruitment strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.
Educational Qualification:
Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
- Design and execute employee training and development programs to enhance organizational performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical HR practices.
- Monitor and improve employee engagement and satisfaction through feedback initiatives and culture-building activities.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in HR Management or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources with a focus on leadership and strategic HR planning.
- Proven track record in managing recruitment cycles, from job posting to onboarding.
- Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Robust leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and recruitment platforms.
Nice to Have (Skills):
- Experience with performance management systems and metrics
- Knowledge of organizational development and change management processes
- Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or CIPD are a plus
