JD : Key Responsibilities
- Lead feature development across end-to-end slices — from component architecture to API integration.
- Define and enforce coding standards, reusable component libraries, and performance benchmarks within the COE UI framework.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-accurate, accessible interfaces.
- Own the CI/CD pipeline for mobile releases; manage App Store (iOS) and Play Store (Android) submissions. _✦ Positive to have_
- Conduct thorough code reviews, drive test coverage (unit + integration), and champion quality-first engineering.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through pair programming and structured feedback.
- Partner with product and architecture teams to evaluate new frameworks, tooling, and AI-assisted developer workflows. _✦ Good to have_
Required Skills & Experience
CORE STACK
- Ionic 6+ — proven production experience with Capacitor plugins, native bridge integrations, and performance tuning.
- Angular 14+ — deep knowledge of standalone components, signals/reactive state,
lazy loading, and RxJS patterns.
- TypeScript — strong typing practices, generics, and design patterns.
- HTML5 / SCSS / CSS — responsive design, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and design-system implementation.
SUPPORTING TECHNOLOGIES
- RESTful API integration; experience with OpenAPI / Swagger contracts.
- State management with NgRx or Akita.
- Unit testing with Jasmine/Jest; E2E with Cypress or Playwright.
- Version control with Git — branching strategies (GitFlow / trunk-based), PR workflows.
MOBILE & DEVOPS
- App Store Connect and Google Play Console — submission, review, release management. _✦ Good to have_
- Fastlane or equivalent CI/CD automation for mobile builds. _✦ Good to have_
- Familiarity with iOS (Xcode) and Android (Android Studio) native toolchains. _✦ Good to have_
