Key Responsibilities
- Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Plan and implement engaging classroom activities that encourage curiosity and creativity.
- Manage classroom behavior with patience, empathy, and positive reinforcement.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and inclusive workplace for all children.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, achievements, and developmental needs.
- Observe and assess children's learning and development.
- Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, and qualified training programs.

Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field (preferred).




- Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with young children with care, confidence, patience, and professionalism.
- Passion for early childhood education and nurturing young learners.

Salary

₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month
