About the Role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing & Lead Follow-Up Executive to support our sales and marketing activities. The role involves managing customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups, maintaining active social media engagement, and creating high-quality marketing materials including catalogues, brochures, presentations, and digital content.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of customer interaction, content creation, and marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Customer Follow-Up
- Follow up with prospective customers, distributors, dealers, and corporate clients.
- Ensure that no inquiry remains unattended and all leads are updated regularly.
- Coordinate meetings, product presentations, and customer communications with management.




- Maintain lead tracking reports using Excel and other internal systems.

Social Media Management
- Manage the company’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and schedule regular posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages.
- Monitor engagement and suggest ideas to improve reach and visibility.

Content Creation & Marketing Collateral
- Design and update product catalogues, brochures, flyers, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Create product sheets and promotional documents for customers and distributors.
- Develop content, captions, and creatives for social media campaigns.
- Coordinate product photography, videos, and marketing assets when required.
- Ensure all marketing materials are professionally presented and aligned with the company brand.
