Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Sales Development
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, existing databases, referrals, and digital inquiries.




- Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable steel products.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Achieve daily calling targets, follow-up goals, and monthly sales objectives.

2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on quotations, pending inquiries, and order confirmations.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business and long-term relationships.

3. Sales Coordination & CRM Management
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams for smooth order execution.
