Job Summary:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Analyst - Intercompany located in Chennai.
What a typical day looks like:
- Support invoice Processing (Trade & Non-Trade) Activity as per the standard operating procedures and meet the targets.
- Resolve discrepant invoices as per the standard operating procedures
- Validating, Executing the Payment to Internal Supplier / and closure of invoices with Collection Funds and Disputes Management
- Reporting activities - Generate and update the Interco AP & AR Aging Past Dues Analysis & other MIS Reporting as per the Process
- Suggest and track passing rectification entries for the errors identified by internal QC team.
- Reconciliation of AR & AP Sub-Ledger vs Trial balance




- Interco Month end Activity on performing Reconciliation Package and Posting Accruals Entries as per the standard operating Procedures
- Support Balance Sheet reconciliation Post Month-end Activity by Providing Necessary attachment or Approval from Site Finance
- Support Audit & Compliance as per the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain daily productivity log

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- 0-1 Year Exp in Accounting /AP Domain
- Good knowledge of accounting principles.
- Positive written/oral communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems.
- Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
- Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects
