The Project Manager will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional workflows to drive real estate projects from inception to successful completion. This role demands a highly strategic skilled who can establish critical milestones, manage timelines, mitigate operational bottlenecks, and align diverse stakeholders including internal business units and external government agencies.
Job Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Project Planning & Lifecycle Management
- Orchestrate cross-functional workflows across legal, design, liaison, and construction teams to bring real estate projects to a logical conclusion.
- Establish critical project milestones, micro-schedules, and firm activity deadlines.
- Conduct periodic reviews of project timelines to track progress, monitor dependencies, and evaluate key performance metrics.
- Identify operational bottlenecks early and provide proactive, solution-oriented feedback to senior management to prevent delays.
2. Stakeholder Coordination & Consents
- Collaborate with Business Development (BD)
teams to streamline land acquisition processes, occupant consents, and rehabilitation agreements.
- Liaise with TMC agencies (Thane Municipal Corporation or relevant municipal/town planning bodies) to facilitate regulatory permissions and ensure smooth project progress.
- Serve as the central point of contact between on-site teams, external consultants, legal experts, and corporate management.Key Skills:Key Skills:
