Google & Meta Ads Specialist (Performance Marketing)

Location: Jakkur, Bengaluru (Work from Office)
Experience: 3-5 Years
Salary: ₹50,000-₹70,000 per month

Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Run Search, Performance Max, Facebook, Instagram, and remarketing campaigns.
- Improve CPL, lead quality, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Set up and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Perform A/B testing, audience targeting, bid optimization, and provide landing page recommendations.
- Monitor budgets and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven success in lead generation campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and attribution.
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets of ₹3 lakh+ is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
