The Workplace Operations Manager is responsible for designing and delivering a seamless, efficient, and future-ready workplace ecosystem.

This role drives strategic alignment between workplace operations and business objectives, ensuring excellence in infrastructure, compliance, employee experience, and operational execution. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution,



this leader architects scalable workplace solutions, optimizes costs, strengthens governance, and enables a safe, compliant, and high-performing work setting. This role will report to Director, India Facilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Define and implement workplace operations strategy aligned to organizational and global priorities
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, standardization, and digital enablement
- Lead cost optimization initiatives while enhancing service quality and workplace experience

2. Infrastructure & Service Management
- Oversee end-to-end workplace operations. Responsible for overall facilities Operations & Infrastructure, including day‑to‑day facility operations, maintenance, and repairs across all assigned sites /overseeing critical building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems
