Role Overview

JD Institute of Fashion Technology is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admissions process while supporting smooth day-to-day campus operations.

The role combines student counselling, admissions conversion, lead management, CRM discipline, and campus coordination, with robust ownership of the complete student journey from enquiry to admission and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management
- Handle and manage incoming student enquiries across multiple channels.
- Conduct proactive calling and lead engagement activities.
- Ensure timely response to fresh leads.
- Maintain consistent and structured follow-up with prospective students.
- Prioritize high-intent and qualified leads.




- Track lead movement and ensure timely action at every stage of the admission funnel.
- Re-engage inactive, old, and prospective leads to generate fresh opportunities.

2. Student Counselling & Guidance
- Conduct detailed counselling sessions for students and parents regarding:
- Courses and specializations
- Career opportunities
- Program structure and curriculum
- Eligibility and admission procedures
- Fees and relevant academic information
- Campus experience and student facilities
- Understand student interests, aspirations, and requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Build trust and maintain a positive and professional counselling experience.
- Address student and parent queries effectively and escalate complex concerns when required.

3. Admissions Conversion
- Drive admission closures against assigned monthly targets.
- Take ownership of the admission journey from enquiry through enrolment.
