Description:
- Directly engaged in measuring and testing the finished product and tabulating data concerning materials, products, or process quality and reliability.
- Report the quality issues along the production steps to the processer owner as well as quality head.
- Directly engaged in ensuring the quality products from the raw material until finished goods.
- Decision making regarding the acceptance/rejection of non-conform products or raw material.
- Communicating the quality head/s to improve the working process.
- Ensuring the level of quality laboratory and having the up-to-date technical equipment and updated calibration system.
- Hygienic and safety issues impose from quality management.
- Responsible for monthly process audit of all process.
- Responsible for maintain quality document of IMS, BRC& FSMS.
- Responsible for 5S maintenance for quality lab.
- Responsible for making and releasing the quality COA.Qualifications:
- Degree/ Diploma (Mechanical/Printing/Packaging/Plastic Technology)
- 4+ years
- Packaging/ Printing Industry
