- Core Responsibilities:
- Batch Operations: Execute daily production tasks including dispensing, granulation, compression, and coating.
- Documentation: Maintain strict records like Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and logbooks.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to cGMP (current Positive Manufacturing Practices) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Equipment Handling: Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery under supervision.
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc (Chemistry/Biochemistry) are the standard requirements.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of ICH and GMP guidelines
