About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and resource plans.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, billing, cash flow, and financial performance.
- Review and approve BOQs, estimates, work orders, and project documentation.
- Supervise procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Ensure compliance with CPWD, PWD, DSR, IS Codes, and applicable construction regulations.




- Conduct project review meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control procedures, and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Review, verify, and approve project deviations, extra items, substitute items, and variation orders as per contractual requirements.
- Prepare and evaluate rate analysis for non-scheduled and extra items.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities for approval of revised specifications, quantities, and scope changes.
- Assess cost and time implications of deviations, substitutions, and additional works.
- Monitor project changes and maintain proper documentation for claims, variation orders, and contract amendments.
