Position: Project Engineer - Public Health Engineering (Plumbing & Fire Fighting Services)
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2-3 years years in Plumbing & Fire Fighting projects execution
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Based on Experience & Skills)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site execution of Plumbing & Fire Fighting works.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.
- Supervise engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work quality as per approved drawings and standards.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the Purchase department.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Reports, and Monthly Progress Reports.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Handle testing, commissioning, and project handover.




- Verify subcontractor bills and prepare client RA bills.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve technical issues at site and provide engineering solutions.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, residential, hospital, and industrial projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Positive communication and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, or Public Health Engineering.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Plumbing & Fire Fighting Projects.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in MEP project execution.
- Knowledge of IS Codes, NBC, and Fire Safety Standards.
- Experience in billing, quantity estimation, and material planning.
- Leadership and problem-solving
