Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop project execution plans, work schedules, resource allocation plans, and project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines through effective planning and execution strategies.
- Identify project risks, challenges, and constraints and implement proactive mitigation measures.
Site Management & Project Delivery
- Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth coordination between various project stakeholders.
- Ensure all site activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
- Monitor productivity, workmanship, and site performance to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure timely completion of milestones and successful project handover.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, PMC teams, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Procurement & Resource Coordination
- Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources.
