Ø Coordinating with the customers from receiving orders till dispatch.

Ø Achieving the target assigned by the management.

Ø Attending recent queries & converting them in to sales.

Ø Attending to all customers’ queries, issues and Complaints.

Ø Follow up on receivables.

Ø Updating the order status and price of the products in the price list and system.

Ø Maintaining the complaint register.

Ø Preparing reports - New enquiry, Sales and other reports required by the management time to time.

Ø Maintaining MBQ’s

Ø Rising Purchase Order and follow up’s with the Supplier for timely deliveries and co-ordinating with Accounts Dept. for the payment of the same.

Ø Any other work assigned by the management

Pay: ₹11,452.23 - ₹31,247.35 per month
