Position: Influencer Marketing Executive (UK-India Market)

Job Summary

Cargo Force is seeking an Influencer Marketing Executive to identify, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. The role focuses on generating brand awareness, enquiries, and customer acquisition within the UK-India market through creator collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Sourcing & Outreach
- Identify and research relevant influencers daily.
- Source creators targeting UK-based Indians, students, families, professionals, and expatriates.
- Build and maintain an influencer database.

Negotiation & Collaboration Management
- Negotiate collaboration fees and deliverables.
- Compare creators based on audience quality, engagement, reach, and pricing.
- Verify audience authenticity and identify fake followers or engagement.
- Secure cost-effective influencer partnerships.

Campaign Execution
- Coordinate campaign timelines and content delivery.
- Share briefs, scripts,



key messages, and brand guidelines.
- Manage influencer communications from onboarding to campaign completion.
- Ensure all content aligns with Cargo Force branding.

Content Review & Reporting
- Review and approve influencer content before publishing.
- Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs.
- Prepare weekly reports on outreach, collaborations, spend, and results.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with creators and agencies.
- Ensure all reels, videos, posts, and promotional content receive Cargo Force's approval before being published by the influencer.
- Coordinate revisions and obtain final approval from the Marketing Manager before content goes live.
- Monitor compliance with agreed posting schedules and approved content versions.

- 1-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, PR, or Digital Marketing.
