Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for Aruba Wireless LAN infrastructure.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Aruba Access Points, Mobility Controllers, and Aruba Central/AirWave.
- Monitor wireless network performance and ensure high availability.
- Diagnose and resolve wireless connectivity, roaming, authentication, and performance issues.
- Support deployment, upgrades, and maintenance of enterprise wireless solutions.
- Work with network security teams to implement authentication and access control policies.
- Perform firmware upgrades, configuration backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities as per SLA.
- Coordinate with OEM vendors for complex technical issues and escalations.
- Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Aruba Wireless solutions.
- Experience with Aruba Mobility Controllers, Aruba Access Points, Aruba Central,



and AirWave.
- Good understanding of WLAN technologies, RF optimization, SSIDs, VLANs, QoS, and roaming.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols such as 802.1X, RADIUS, and NAC.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, DHCP, DNS, and Network Security.
- Experience in troubleshooting enterprise wireless environments.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications
- Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA)
- Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP)
- Any Aruba Wireless Certification will be an added advantage.
- CCNA/CCNP (preferred)

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

Pay: ₹522,162.37 - ₹800,000.00 per year
