Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a voice-based customer support process. The role involves handling customer interactions over the phone, understanding customer concerns, providing accurate information, and maintaining a professional customer experience.
Eligibility
Freshers:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Good verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Customer-service orientation
- Minimum 6 months of International Customer Support - Voice experience
- Solid English communication skills
- International voice process experience preferred
Assessment
- Versant Assessment - B2 Level
Compensation
- Freshers: CTC up to ₹30,000 per month
Facilities
- Both-side cab facility available during applicable odd-hour shifts, as per company policy
