Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver interactive, play-based learning activities.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom setting.
- Support the holistic development of children through creative teaching methodologies.
- Monitor and assess student progress and maintain relevant records.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.
- Promote positive behavior, independence, and social skills.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with NTT/Montessori/Early Childhood Education certification.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Pre-Primary/Early Years education.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with young children and fostering a love for learning.
Preferred: Experience in international schools and familiarity with inquiry-based learning approaches.
