About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and articulate entry-level Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, qualifying incoming prospects, and nurturing existing leads.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential new leads across various platforms (LinkedIn, industry directories, web research, social media).

Lead Qualification: Sift through incoming and existing lead lists to determine fit, intent, and decision-making capability.

Cold & Warm Calling: Perform high-volume phone outreach to connect with potential clients, present our value proposition, and gauge interest.

Lead Nurturing: Follow up with existing contacts and inbound inquiries to answer questions, build rapport, and advance leads through the pipeline.

Data Management:



Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, call logs, and prospect details in our CRM system.

Qualifications & Requirements

Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both Hindi and English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.

Communication Skills: Solid verbal communication, active listening, and phone etiquette.

Mindset: High energy, resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable handling phone calls throughout the day.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with basic digital tools, social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and web research techniques. Prior experience with CRM software is a plus, but not required.
