Job Title - Dispatch Executive

(International Operations - English Communication is must)

Location: Sector 49, Gurgaon

(1+ years experience preferred with Positive English Communication and MS Excel skills)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily delivery routes.
- Coordinate with drivers for smooth and timely operations
- Track deliveries and Proactivelyupdate status in the system
- Handle delays, delivery issues, and route changes efficiently
- Ensure accurate reporting of deliveries and returns
- Work closely with operations and support team
- Proactive communication internally with teams and drivers.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Good computer knowledge (MS Excel /MS Word/ tracking systems)
