Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Manager / Social Media Lead who can drive social media strategy, lead a team of creative professionals, manage multiple brand accounts, and build strong digital presence for clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
- Create social media roadmaps, content calendars, campaign plans, and engagement strategies.
- Drive brand awareness, audience growth,



and community engagement across platforms.
- Identify emerging trends, platform updates, and opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media executives, content creators, and designers.
- Allocate tasks, monitor workflows, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content.
- Build productive processes for content creation, approvals, publishing, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams including creative, content, PR, and client servicing teams.

Content & Campaign Management
- Oversee end-to-end social media campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Provide creative direction for content formats including posts, reels, videos, and interactive campaigns.
- Work closely with copywriters and designers to develop engaging brand communication.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
