If you have experience in the BIM industry and are eager to work on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing projects for international clients, we would love to hear from you. - Create detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks - Develop and model HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems accurately as per project requirements - Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders to gather information for accurate modeling and coordination - Update and modify models based on revised plans, clash reports, and project specifications - Generate 2D drawings, layouts, and detailed documentation from 3D BIM models - Develop discipline-specific BIM modeling content and families - Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and Levels of Development (LOD) - Coordinate with Architectural and Structural disciplines regarding design changes and model revisions &
