Position - Process Excellence Champion
Education - B.E / B.Tech - Chemical Engineering or related discipline preferred from TIER 1 Engineering College
Experience - Minimum 2-3 years with Pharma Industry, desired.
Job Description -
Co-Lead Process Excellence Activities
- Develop process models for all current and upcoming products at site using Intelligen SuperPro & SchedulePro software
- Improve process flow through:
- De-bottlenecking
- Cycle time reduction
- Constraint analysis of resources and equipment
- Develop Digital Twin models (using gPROMS, etc.) for critical manufacturing steps
- Drive sustainability and build capabilities on relevant tools/software like SuperPro & SchedulePro (for process modelling and simulation), gPROMS (for Digital Twin), etc. as per requirement
- Support and actively participate in Business Process of the Future and Factory of the Future Design Sprints as per established roadmap
Project Leadership and Execution
- Lead cross-functional project teams in the planning, design and execution of key manufacturing projects, including process improvement initiatives, NPI (New Product Introduction), and site expansion; partner w
