Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
- Plan, schedule, and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Create engaging captions and coordinate with the design and video teams for content creation.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely and skilled manner.

- Track and analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for product launches, promotions, and events.
- Assist in influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
