Study approved GA drawings, fabrication drawings, erection drawings, and method statements.

Prepare erection sequence, lifting plans, and daily/weekly execution schedules.

Review fabrication drawings and coordinate with the fabrication team before dispatch.

Verify material receipt, identification, and erection readiness.

Supervise erection of PEB structures, heavy steel structures, trusses, girders, columns, rafters, beams, crane girders, platforms, staircases, handrails, pipe racks, conveyors, equipment supports, bridges, and industrial structures.

Ensure correct alignment, plumb, level, line, camber, and dimensional tolerances.

Coordinate crane positioning, lifting operations, rigging, and heavy equipment deployment.

Supervise bolt tightening (snug, torque, TC bolts), HSFG bolting, welding, and grouting activities.

Verify foundation readiness, anchor bolt alignment, and base plate leveling before erection.

Coordinate with civil, fabrication, painting, QA/QC, safety, and client teams.

Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), erection progress tracking, and look-ahead plans.





Ensure compliance with approved drawings, IS codes, project specifications, and client requirements.

Conduct inspection of erected members and prepare punch lists.

Manage manpower, subcontractors, tools, tackles, cranes, hydras, scaffolding, and access equipment.

Monitor productivity, material reconciliation, and erection costs.

Ensure compliance with work-at-height, lifting, and EHS requirements.

Resolve site clashes, technical issues, and engineering queries.

Prepare as-built records and hand over completed structures to the client.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
