The Civil Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day in office management and supervision of civil construction activities, specifically for colony development. The primary focus is to ensure that work is executed according to approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and within the project timelines.

Site Execution and Supervision:Supervise all on-site civil works for colony development, including earthwork, plotting, roads, drainage systems, water lines, and infrastructure development.Ensure that construction activities are carried out as per the engineering drawings, designs, and specifications.Direct and monitor the work of subcontractors, laborers, and vendors.

Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a Civil Site Supervisor/Engineer, preferably in Colony Development or Residential Infrastructure Projects.Technical Knowledge:Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for reading, reviewing, and basic drafting of civil drawings.In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality checks specific to residential plots, roads, and drainage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
