- About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and data-centric Collections Strategy Leader to build and scale next-generation collections capabilities across our digital lending portfolios. The role will be responsible for driving portfolio performance through advanced analytics, customer segmentation, digital collections, AI-driven decisioning, automation, and cutting-edge recovery strategies.
- Key Responsibilities
- Collections Strategy & Portfolio Optimization
- Own end-to-end collections strategy across Pre-Due, Regular, Early Delinquency, Mid Delinquency, Late Delinquency, Recovery, and Written-Off portfolios.
- Develop and continuously optimize customer treatment strategies across DPD buckets.
- Drive portfolio segmentation using behavioral, risk, bureau, propensity-to-pay, and engagement parameters
