We are seeking Sr. Consultant, with foundational experience in Veeva or Salesforceto support the implementation of Commercial HCP engagement CRM solutions.
The Consultant/Sr. Consultant, CRMis a hands-on, functional leader within the ZS Digital Product and Solutions team. In this role,
you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions that drive business outcomes. You will focus on understanding client needs, shaping product strategies, and delivering digital products - from discovery through execution and go-to-market.
What you’ll do:
- Assist in requirement gathering sessions with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Field Operations, and Digital stakeholders to support HCP engagement initiatives.
- Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams for Veeva CRM / Salesforce-based solutions under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Perform basic configuration validation and UAT support, including business-level test case creation, execution, and defect triage within Veeva CRM / Salesforce.
