About this opportunity:
- What you will do:
- Design, deploy, administer, and upgrade Red Hat OpenShift (OCP 4.16+) clusters.- Manage and support Kubernetes/OpenShift platform components, including networking, storage, operators, and workloads.- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.-
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Ansible, Terraform, and Helm.-
- Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and platform scalability.- Lead critical incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and platform reliability improvements.- Implement security controls, RBAC, patching, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements.- Configure and manage monitoring, logging, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, and OpenShift monitoring tools.- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, storage, and cloud teams to ensure seamless platform operations.
- The skills you bring:
- Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift (OCP 4.16+)



and Kubernetes administration.- Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture, container orchestration, and platform operations.- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.- Strong expertise in Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and infrastructure automation.- Experience with GitOps practices and tools such as ArgoCD.-
- Hands-on experience managing OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms in production environments.- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and RCA skills.- Experience with monitoring and observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK.- Exposure to OpenShift deployments on VMware, AWS, Azure, OCI, or Bare Metal environments.- Robust communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
