Network Support Engineer - Fresher to 2 Years Experience

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 per month _(based on experience and interview)_

Education: Diploma/Degree in EC, CE, or IT (mandatory)
We are looking for motivated and technically skilled individuals to join our team as Network Support Engineers. This role involves supporting network operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and working with network hardware and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and issues using NMS tools.
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers for network-related problems.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software/network and system-related issues.
- Monitor network performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Operate network consoles to oversee system and network performance.
- Work hands-on with Cisco networking equipment including routers and switches.
- Basic understanding of subnetting and IP addressing.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in EC, CE, or IT.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (Subnetting is a must).
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Must be willing to work in day or night shifts.
