Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor civil, structural, and finishing work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and vendors.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Verify measurements, BOQs, and billing quantities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Resolve site-related technical issues efficiently.




- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3-8 years of experience in building construction/infrastructure projects.
- Solid knowledge of RCC, finishing works, BOQ, estimation, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities independently.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
