Job Overview:
As a Site Supervisor at ZACKLE, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects, particularly those involving TOSTEM products. This position requires a dynamic individual with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and a strong understanding of TOSTEM's product lines and installation process.

Responsibilities:
Project Management:Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Quality Assurance:Conduct regular inspections to guarantee the quality of work, especially concerning TOSTEM installations. Address any issues promptly and implement corrective measures.

Team Collaboration:Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors.
Provide guidance and support, particularly in areas related to TOSTEM projects.





Documentation:Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress, and issues related to TOSTEM projects. Prepare and submit reports to the project manager.

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B-Tech (Civil)
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor - 5 Years & Above
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
