Job Purpose
The Dealer Parts Support Manager is responsible for the efficient and accurate management of the dealership parts ordering, supply tracking, liaising with Regional Parts and Service Manager, support both customer and service, Sales department needs. This role involves processing part orders and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate parts availability, Cross functional alignment with CE Indore Plant, Vendor, IT team.
Key Responsibilities
The Dealer Parts Support Manager is responsible for driving spare parts and lubricant sales, strengthening the dealer network.
Ensuring seamless order management, timely supply, and inventory optimization across the distribution channel.
