About the Role

Logilink Solutions Inc. is supporting the recruitment process on behalf of INDIANABULLS PRIVATE LIMITED for the position of Operations Support Executive (HR Operations & Onboarding).

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the complete onboarding process for recent employees supporting North American operations.
- Collect, review, verify, and organize employee documents and onboarding forms.
- Schedule interviews, orientation sessions, training, and other onboarding activities.
- Prepare and maintain offer letters, employment documents, policy acknowledgements, and internal HR forms.
- Create and update employee records, onboarding trackers, and HR reports.
- Coordinate with Recruitment, Operations, Payroll, and Management to ensure new employees are ready to begin work.




- Maintain accurate and confidential employee information.
- Track onboarding progress and provide regular status updates to management.
- Support employee lifecycle activities, including documentation updates, performance records, warnings, and offboarding support.
- Assist with general HR administration and reporting as required.

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working permanent night shifts aligned with North American business hours.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to complete tasks within established deadlines.
- Must be able to work from the Ludhiana office.
