Provide information about rooms, services, amenities, and pricing
- Respond to inquiries about availability and facilities
- Answer incoming calls professionally and politely
- Take booking requests for rooms, events, or dining
- Provide quick solutions or escalate issues to management
- Ensure customer satisfaction and a positive experience
- Inform customers about ongoing offers, packages, or discounts
- Coordinate with the reservations, front office, banquet, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Record and maintain detailed information on customer calls, reservations, and client data while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
