Job Summary

The Project Manager - Civil will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and completing construction projects within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Plan, manage, and supervise all civil construction activities from project initiation to completion.
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

Site Management
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors, and Consultants.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Resolve technical and operational issues arising at the site.

Quality Control




- Ensure compliance with quality standards and approved construction methodologies.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality audits.
- Monitor material quality and workmanship standards.
- Implement corrective actions for quality deviations.

Budget & Cost Control
- Monitor project budgets and control construction costs.
- Review contractor bills and vendor invoices.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Track project expenditures and prepare cost reports.

Contractor & Vendor Management
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Coordinate procurement requirements with the Purchase department.

Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and local authority regula
