Role Summary:
The HR Manager will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & perks, payroll coordination, HR operations, employee engagement, and employee relations across corporate and plant locations. The role requires partnering with business leaders to foster a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning across functions and locations.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and leadership positions.
- Drive employer branding and hiring effectiveness initiatives.

Performance Management:
- Implement and monitor KPI/KRA frameworks across departments.
