Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-resolution photos and videos of real estate properties, ad video,daily video shoots.
- Edit and enhance images and videos to meet high-quality marketing standards.
- Create engaging visual content for social media, websites, and property listings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop branded multimedia content.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in real estate media, including current technologies and editing techniques.
- Manage and organize a library of digital assets for easy access and distribution.
- Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and quality across all media content.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in photography and videography.
- Robust proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Experience with drone photography/videography (a plus but not required).
- Knowledge of lighting, composition, and staging for real estate marketing.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: Bachelor's Degree or 12th pass, 1-3 years Experience in social media content creation and video marketing or similar role Skills : Understanding of real estate marketing trends and strategies.Certification in photography/videography is a plus.Portfolio of shoots required.
