Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the hotel's accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, cost control, and effective management of all accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the hotel
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow
- Conduct bank reconciliations and account finalization
- Oversee payroll processing and vendor payments
- Monitor revenue, occupancy reports, and departmental cost controls
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and hotel financial policies
- Lead and supervise the accounts team

Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation,



and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Advanced MS Excel
- Knowledge of hotel accounting, POS systems, and inventory controls
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Qualification & Experience:
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Minimum 2-3 years in a managerial role

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality groups
- Knowledge of hotel PMS systems, F&B; cost control, inventory management, and hospitality financial operations

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
