- Identify and generate prospective clients in the mining, brick kiln, infrastructure, manufacturing, and environmental sectors.
- Maintain and update a database of potential clients and business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing marketing plans and business development strategies.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Support senior management in business negotiations and client engagement.

Marketing & Promotion
- Prepare brochures, company profiles, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate participation in conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and industry events.
- Support branding initiatives and corporate communication activities.

Proposal & Tender Support
- Assist in preparing Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), technical proposals, and commercial quotations.
- Collect and organize required documents for tender submissions.
- Coordinate with technical teams to obtain inputs for proposals.
- Maintain a repository of standard proposal documents and credentials.





Client Relationship Management
- Respond to client inquiries and provide preliminary information on services.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective clients.
- Record client interactions and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and technical presentations.

Digital Marketing
- Assist in managing the organization's website and social media platforms.
- Create and schedule marketing content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Monitor digital campaign performance and prepare reports.

Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activity reports.
