Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Vendor sourcing, development, and relationship management.
- Obtaining quotations, price negotiations, and finalizing purchase orders.
- Ensuring timely material availability for project requirements.
- Cost optimization and market rate analysis.
- Coordination with project, stores, and accounts teams.
- Maintaining procurement records, MIS, and vendor databases.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of relevant purchase/procurement experience in a Construction Company is mandatory.:
- Solid knowledge of construction materials procurement and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation, commercial, and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Experience in procurement of civil construction materials such as steel, cement, electrical, plumbing, and finishing items.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
