We are looking for a Business Development Executive to generate high-value sales for our premium sofa and furniture business.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify upcoming residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and contractors.
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, calls and referrals.
- Meet architects and designers to introduce our products and project offerings.
- Understand project requirements and coordinate quotations with the showroom team.
- Follow up on leads and quotations and close sales.
- Maintain a database of architects, designers and ongoing projects.
- Achieve monthly sales and project targets.

Requirements:




- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales / project sales / business development.
- Experience in furniture, interiors, building materials, tiles, lighting, modular kitchens or similar industries is preferred.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client and project visits.
- Target-oriented and proactive.

Salary: Fixed salary + performance incentives.
