Role Overview

Key Responsibilities1. Creative Design Execution

Design creatives for:
- Social media posts and carousels
- Instagram stories and reels covers
- Digital advertisements
- Website banners and graphics
- Brochures and flyers
- Standees and marketing collaterals
- Event and exhibition creatives

2. Social Media Creative Development
- Design platform-specific creatives
- Adapt existing campaign designs into multiple formats
- Create engaging visual concepts based on content briefs
- Stay updated with social media design trends

3. Branding Support
- Follow brand guidelines accurately
- Maintain consistency across all visual communications

4. Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with content writers and account managers
- Participate in brainstorming sessions




- Assist senior designers in campaign execution
- Support video and motion teams with design assets

5. Project Management
- Manage assigned tasks efficiently
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives
- Incorporate feedback and revisions promptly
- Organize design files and maintain project archives

Skills & CompetenciesCore Skills
- Valuable understanding of design principles
- Creative thinking and visualization skills

- Understanding of typography and layouts

Software Skills
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Basic Adobe InDesign
- Basic understanding of After Effects is an advantage

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field
