Patient Consultant Communication

Rounds with consultant

Coordination of Patient care

Facilitate communication between Consultant - Patient - Nurses ( all support staff as well)

Patient related problem solving towards Consultant and other support staff

Facilitate smooth transition of Patient

Ensure problem resolution at floor level itself at given point of time before major escalation.

Ensuring patient receives high quality care.

Shadowing cum reporting selected Consulants

Physiotherapy

Dietitian

Patient Feedback Call

GC intimation to all referral doctors.

Radiology & pathology coordination

Pay: ₹11,453.08 - ₹42,840.30 per month
